Awesome people who keep their promises. I bought a diesel truck and live 200 miles away from the dealership. On my way home had some repair codes pop up, took the truck to a local mechanic and J's stood behind their warranty and reimbursed me for those repairs.

I called on a Friday afternoon as they had a Durango I wanted to trade for. Sent them pictures of my previous car and they sent me a a trade in estimate. I had to work so I didn't get there until 5 (I live an hour away). Scott said it was ready to test drive so I hopped in without any sales person which was very nice to look without pressure. Came back and went the the dreaded "warranty" office where they typically keep you for hours trying to sell the warranty. She didn't do that at all. Asked once if I was interested and left it at that. in and out in an hour! Great People

I drove over 6 hours to J's and had never been there before. Scott came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in. Drove the over 400 mile trip home in my "new to me" pickup without any hiccups. They gave me fair trade in value on my vehicle and overall it was a very easy process.
